Unauthenticated service interruption via improper input validation
Published Feb 14, 2024 · Updated Aug 15, 2024
Improper input validation in Intel PROSet/Wireless before 22.240 and Killer Wi-Fi before 3.1423.712 allows attackers to interrupt service. Intel has not disclosed the malformed input, processing locus, or whether the denial of service causes a hang, crash, or restart. No authentication or user interaction is required, but attackers must be within adjacent wireless reach of an affected Windows 10 or 11 system.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
