Weak SSH credentials in TP-Link T2600G-28SQ firmware before 1.0.6 Build 20230227 allow attackers to obtain administrator credentials. Affected firmware supplies an SSH host key that a counterfeit switch can reuse to present the affected device's server identity; JPCERT/CC does not disclose whether the key is static, predictable, or otherwise weak. Exploitation requires an administrator to connect to the spoofing device, which then captures credentials intended for the genuine switch.
