Cross-site scripting in Faronics Insight 10.0.19045 on Windows allows remote attackers to execute code through the Teacher or Student Console. The Electron UIs render unencoded keystroke logs, login and desktop names, class or quiz names, and certain chat messages, allowing embedded JavaScript to run. A victim must render the supplied value; on a Teacher Console, exposed JavaScript functions can start programs and control connected student machines.
