XXE in Zoho ManageEngine Applications Manager 16320 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to retrieve files via a malicious WSDL URL. The Web Service monitor passes the URL's SOAP response to an insecure XML parser that resolves external entities. Administrator access is required to supply the URL; exploitation can retrieve server files, make server-side requests, scan ports, or brute-force services.
