IDOR in Moodle LMS 4.0 through 4.0.6 and 4.1 through 4.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate other users' names. The setup_for_plan and setup_for_user_evidence methods resolve a supplied user ID and pass fullname($user) into the page heading, exposing the name in the response. Any authenticated account can vary the learning-plan user identifier and disclose valid display names, without gaining write access or service control.
