Message concealment via deletion-setting bypass

Improper authorization in Rocket.Chat allows attackers to hide messages and deletion notices through the message-deletion path. The deletion path permits a hide operation without honoring the Message_KeepHistory and Message_ShowDeletedStatus controls. Reachability requires access to that operation, and the resulting concealment defeats administrator-selected history and deletion-notice visibility.
