System crash via unchecked MSMQ packet section

Improper input validation in Microsoft Windows MSMQ allows remote attackers to crash affected systems by sending a crafted packet. The mqac.sys CPacketBuffer::OnDiskExtensionHeader path reads beyond an MSMQ packet buffer because it does not sufficiently validate the section size. MSMQ is an optional Windows component, and exposure requires the service to be enabled and reachable; exploitation triggers a kernel bug check and system reboot.
