Memory corruption via oversized L2CAP packet copy

Out-of-bounds write in Contiki-NG 4.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via oversized BLE L2CAP packets. The default BLE configuration permits an MTU larger than the actual packetbuf, so L2CAP copies oversized packet data beyond that global buffer. Reachability requires BLE L2CAP packet delivery; published material establishes neither a specific crash nor code execution.
