Arbitrary command execution via shell-interpolated file path

OS command injection in shardlab discordrb before 3.4.3 allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted file argument. Discordrb::Voice::Encoder#encode_file interpolates the file argument into a single ffmpeg command string and passes that string to IO.popen, allowing shell metacharacters to alter the command. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled data to encode_file, and commands run with the privileges of that application process.
