Service crash via uninitialized error-log string

Improper input validation in OpenSIPS before 3.1.9 and 3.2.0 through 3.2.5 allows remote attackers to crash the SIP server. In the dispatcher module's ds_is_in_list() error path, an invalid IP address leaves val uninitialized but logs val.rs.len and val.rs.s as a string, dereferencing stack garbage. Reachability requires a routing script that invokes the function with an attacker-influenced invalid IPv4 or IPv6 string; the reported consequence is a process crash.
