Service interruption via leaked JSON parse allocations

Memory exhaustion in OpenSIPS 2.3.0 through 3.1.7 and 3.2.0 through 3.2.4 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via malformed MI JSON. On an object-parse error, cJSON's parse_object cleanup deletes the last child pointer rather than item->child, leaving the accumulated child list allocated. The attacker must reach an OpenSIPS management interface; repeated requests consume memory, and unauthenticated Internet exposure enables system-wide exhaustion.
