SAN credential disclosure via unmasked dump tokens
Published Apr 25, 2023 · Updated Feb 3, 2025
Credential exposure in HPE OneView LTS before 6.60.04 and other editions before 8.2 allows local users to read SAN admin credentials. Support-dump generation writes generic tokens containing those credentials without masking them. Low-privileged appliance access and possession of a generated dump are required; exposed credentials grant administrative access to connected SAN switches.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
