Authentication bypass in Pandora FMS 771 and earlier allows remote attackers to initiate a password reset for any account without authentication. The public CNA record and vendor advisory identify spoofing in the password-reset process, but neither discloses the request field, token check, or code path that accepts the spoofed identity. The web console must expose its password-recovery workflow; the documented impact is reset initiation, not confirmed account takeover.
