Arbitrary file deletion in Dell Display Manager 2.1.0 and earlier allows local users to delete operating-system files during uninstallation. Dell has not published the uninstaller component or path-handling operation that permits attacker-chosen deletion. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and user interaction, and deletion occurs with elevated privileges.
