CVE-2023-27987Network attack vector

Unauthenticated gateway access via guessable default tokens

Published Apr 10, 2023 · Updated Oct 17, 2024

Authentication bypass in Apache Linkis 1.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to access gateway-protected functions with guessed tokens. The Linkis Gateway deployment uses fixed, short default Token-Code values, allowing brute-force exhaustion to recover a token accepted by SecurityFilter. No prior account or user interaction is required; a recovered token assumes its mapped Token-User identity and can read or alter resources permitted to that identity.
