Code execution via association-group integer overflow

Heap overflow in Apple macOS dcerpc allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via crafted DCERPC BIND requests. A 16-bit association-group count wraps during table growth, allocating a small heap buffer before the old table is copied into it. Network exploitation requires authentication, and local socket access also reaches the flaw on Big Sur before 11.7.5, Monterey before 12.6.4, and Ventura before 13.3.
