Authenticated code execution via uninitialized deallocator pointer

Heap overflow in Apple macOS dcerpc before Ventura 13.3 and Monterey 12.6.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. A MAYBE-flagged RPC call leaves an iovector count uninitialized in rpc__cn_call_end, so cleanup indexes beyond the call representation and invokes an uninitialized deallocator pointer. The network path requires SMB authentication; a regular local user can reach the same flaw through a UNIX socket, leading to a process crash or code execution.
