Stored XSS in Jenkins Project update-center2 3.13 and 3.14 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via hosted plugin metadata. The plugin download index renderer inserts the required Jenkins core version from plugin metadata into generated pages without sanitizing it. Exploitation requires download-page generation, a custom template without restrictive CSP, acceptance of an attacker-supplied plugin, and a visitor opening the generated page.
