Password exposure in the Telnet Service of TOTOLINK N200RE 9.3.5u.6255_B20211224 allows local users to read stored credentials. The firmware stores a Telnet password in /squashfs-root/etc_ro/custom.conf, where a local user with access can retrieve it. High local privileges are required, and the demonstrated consequence is credential disclosure rather than configuration change or service interruption.
