Improper access control in IBM Aspera Faspex 5.0.4 allows remote attackers to change another user's password through a token. The faspx_core component issues an unauthenticated token and accepts it to authorize a password change for a different account. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation compromises the integrity of the targeted account's credentials.
