XXE in IBM Aspera Faspex 4.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through crafted XML data. IBM has not disclosed the XML-processing component or the operation that turns an external-entity reference into command execution. Exploitation requires a valid Faspex account and can run attacker-chosen commands in the server environment.
