LAN code execution via SOAP format string

Format string injection in NETGEAR RAX30 firmware before 1.0.10.94 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via LAN SOAP requests. The soap_serverd service on TCP ports 5000 and 5043 uses strcat() unsafely while processing attacker-controlled SOAPAction data, enabling a format-string write. Access requires the Wi-Fi password or an Ethernet connection to the router's local network, and successful exploitation can take control of the device.
