Authenticated router denial of service via oversized parameter

Stack-based buffer overflow in H3C Magic R100 firmware R100V100R005 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via HTTP. The ipqos_lanip_editlist handler at /goform/aspForm splits the param value with getElement, which accepts up to 64 bytes into a 20-byte local stack buffer. Administrator access to the web management interface is required; a crafted POST request overflows the buffer and interrupts router service.
