Arbitrary file read via crafted model source

Path traversal in MLflow before 2.3.1 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through a crafted model version source. The model-version creation handler treats certain file URIs as nonlocal, bypassing containment validation and accepting an attacker-chosen filesystem source. The tracking server must expose its model registry API without access controls; successful requests disclose files readable by the server process.
