Missing authorization in IXP Data Easy Install 6.6.14884.0 allows local users to read and alter sensitive configuration files. The Windows client assigns permissive ACLs to deeper configuration files, while the protected parent directory does not block traversal. Default SeChangeNotifyPrivilege lets standard users reach LAPM policy and writable settings, enabling escalation to administrative privileges.
