Process crash via empty source MAC string

NULL pointer dereference in tcpprep 4.4.3 allows local users to crash the process with an empty source MAC string in split mode. The macinstring function passes the empty string to strtok_r, receives no token, and calls strlen on the resulting null pointer. Reaching the flaw requires local command execution with an empty -e argument; the demonstrated consequence is termination of that tcpprep process.
