Stored HTML injection via unsanitized topology names

Stored cross-site scripting in LiveAction LiveSP 21.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to inject HTML through a topology name. The /va/service/bach/topology/element API stores the name POST parameter without sanitizing or output-encoding it before /va/cluster renders it. The payload executes whenever an authenticated user opens the affected cluster page, allowing page-content modification in that user's LiveSP session.
