Arbitrary file download in the /api/v1/download endpoint in go-bbs v1 allows remote authenticated users to read server files. The published record and its now-unavailable upstream issue do not disclose how the endpoint derives or validates a requested file path. Low-privileged access is required, and exposure is bounded to files readable by the go-bbs service account.
