Authentication weakness in BlackVue DR750-2CH LTE 1.012_2022.10.26 allows physically proximate attackers to recover its default Wi-Fi passphrase. The device assigns an eight-character lowercase-alphanumeric default passphrase, making an intercepted WPA2 handshake practical to brute-force offline. Exploitation requires capture of a handshake and retention of the factory passphrase; success grants access to the dashcam's Wi-Fi network.
