Privilege escalation in South River Technologies TitanFTP NextGen before 2.1.0.2174 allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM. The user web server fails to enforce administrative authorization when an authenticated user submits a crafted request for an external-job action. A low-privilege TitanFTP account is required, and successful exploitation launches an attacker-selected program with NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM privileges.
