Denial of service via unbounded preference writes

Resource exhaustion in WHO 1.0.28, 1.0.30, and 1.0.32 allows attackers to interrupt app availability via SharedPreferences writes. The TTMultiProvider content URI accepts repeated ContentResolver inserts that persist attacker-controlled 512-character keys and values in com.scorp.who_preferences without limiting or throttling resource consumption. An attacker-controlled Android app on the same device can invoke the provider without user interaction; public sources do not identify whether the resulting interruption is a hang or crash.
