Privilege escalation via exposed preference provider

Improper privilege management in Ego Studio SuperClean 1.1.5 and 1.1.9 allows local users to gain privileges through a malicious app. The exposed SharedPrefProvider accepts unauthenticated update calls that persist attacker-controlled values in default.xml, including update metadata and destination package names. A user must interact with the forged update prompt, which can direct the user to install an attacker-selected Google Play application.
