Stored script execution via unescaped admin settings

Stored cross-site scripting in Ian Haycox Motor Racing League 1.9.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. Admin settings accept insufficiently sanitized values and render them without output escaping, causing stored scripts to execute when a user opens an injected page. Administrator privileges are required, and exposure is limited to multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled.
