Browser script execution via unescaped p parameter
Published May 29, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Reflected XSS in MonitorClick Forms Ada – Form Builder 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts via crafted p parameters. The $page_nav handling reflects the p request value into generated page output without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Execution requires a user to open an attacker-crafted page; the script then runs in that site's browser origin and can read or change accessible page data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
