Unauthorized file write via unchecked relative paths

Unrestricted file upload in Apache Linkis PublicService 1.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to write files outside authorized directories. The FsRestfulApi upload interface accepts relative paths and, with path checks disabled by default, resolves them without verifying that the destination remains inside the user's permitted directory. Network access to the upload interface is sufficient, and a crafted relative path places an attacker-supplied file in a directory writable by the Linkis service.
