Prometheus metrics disclosure via spoofed client-IP headers

Information disclosure in Miniflux 2 before 2.0.43 allows remote attackers to retrieve Prometheus metrics through the public /metrics endpoint. The metrics access middleware trusts spoofable X-Forwarded-For or X-Real-IP headers when applying METRICS_ALLOWED_NETWORKS instead of using the connection's remote address. Exposure requires METRICS_COLLECTOR on a publicly reachable instance with an allowed loopback network and reveals metrics without altering data or service operation.
