SSRF and service hang via default resource fetcher

SSRF in Kozea CairoSVG before 2.7.0 allows attackers to send requests to internal or external hosts through crafted SVG resources. The parser retained its default URL fetcher for untrusted image, style, and use references, causing conversion to dereference attacker-controlled locations. An application must pass attacker-controlled SVG data to the converter; a nonresponsive URL or standard-input file reference can hang its processing thread.
