Unauthorized content changes via missing object permission checks

Incorrect authorization in Galaxy before 22.01 allows remote attackers to modify or delete Pages and Visualizations via encoded object IDs. The affected Page and Visualization operations accept encoded IDs without enforcing permission checks before modifying, deleting, copying, or importing objects. No authentication or user interaction is required, and possession of a valid encoded ID is the only reported gate.
