DNS query disclosure via non-loopback IPv6 resolver

Cleartext DNS transmission in Cloudflare WARP for Windows before 2023.7.160.0 allows attackers to read DNS queries on rogue IPv6 Wi-Fi. The client assigns a Unique Local Address rather than an IPv6 loopback address as its DNS server, allowing a device claiming that address to receive queries. The device must join a rogue Wi-Fi network that advertises IPv6 and claims the exact assigned DNS address; exposure is limited to that network condition.
