Authentication bypass in Apache Superset 2.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to access unauthorized resources via forged session cookies. The application signs client-side Flask session cookies with a published default SECRET_KEY, allowing attackers who know the key to mint a cookie for another user identifier. Exploitation requires an installation that retained a known default key; resulting access carries the permissions of the impersonated account.
