Stored script execution via unsanitized FAQ answers

Stored XSS in FAQ answer rendering in Thorsten Rinne phpMyFAQ before 3.2.0-beta allows remote authenticated users to run script in visitors' browsers. The faq.php response path emitted rendered FAQ content without removing script elements; the patch adds FaqHelper::cleanUpContent before output. An attacker needs an account able to insert malicious FAQ content, and a victim must view that FAQ, enabling browser-context data access or actions.
