Unauthenticated crash via missing OAuth state

Denial of service in Envoy allows remote attackers to crash the proxy with an OAuth redirect request that omits the state parameter. The OAuth2 filter assumes that every request matching its configured redirect path carries state and processes the absent value until a segmentation fault. The filter must be enabled and exposed, and user interaction is required; the bounded consequence is termination of the Envoy process.
