Settings modification via missing nonce protection
Published Nov 22, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Passionate Brains Add Expires Headers & Optimized Minify 2.7 and earlier allows settings changes. The plugin settings forms omit nonce fields, allowing forged submissions to alter cache-expiration and minification options without request-origin verification. A remote attacker must induce a site administrator to click a malicious link or submit a crafted form; the documented impact is limited to those settings.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
