Authenticated internal-service access via arbitrary image URL

Server-side request forgery in Darren Cooney Instant Images 5.1.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to request arbitrary URLs. The instant_images_download function passes an attacker-supplied image URL to the WordPress server-side downloader without restricting requests to expected hosts. Author-level access is required, and the resulting requests can query or modify internal services reachable by the WordPress host.
