Arbitrary operations via cross-site request forgery
Published May 23, 2023 · Updated Jan 17, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in all firmware versions of T&D and ESPEC MIC data loggers allows remote attackers to perform arbitrary operations. The vendors have not published the affected request handlers or the missing request-validation mechanism. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to view a malicious page, after which requests execute with that user's device-management authority.
