Code execution via malicious SDD file

Heap-based buffer overflow in OMRON CX-Drive all versions allows local users to execute code or disclose information through an SDD file. OMRON has not published the affected SDD parsing routine or the untrusted length operation that overruns a heap buffer. Exploitation requires a user to open a malicious SDD drive file, after which attacker-controlled code can run in that user's context or process memory can be disclosed.
