Incorrect authorization in MultiReport in Cybozu Garoon 5.15.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter MultiReport data. Cybozu and JPCERT/CC have not published the affected request handler or the authorization check that it fails to enforce. A valid login is required, and the documented consequence is limited to unauthorized modification of MultiReport records.
