Remote code execution via activeTab PHP injection
Published May 16, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in Tongda OA 11.10 allows remote attackers to write executable PHP files through a crafted gateway request. The actionGetdata method passes the controllable activeTab value into generated PHP array syntax, permitting injected fwrite and fopen calls to create a web shell. The gateway endpoint requires no user interaction, and successful exploitation grants server-side PHP code execution.
