Logged-in user script execution via reflected input
Published May 3, 2023 · Updated Jan 29, 2025
Reflected XSS in the F5 BIG-IP Configuration utility allows remote attackers to run JavaScript as a currently logged-in user. F5 identifies multiple affected pages but has not disclosed the request parameters or the output-encoding failure that reflects attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires user interaction and an active Configuration utility session; successful script execution inherits that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
