Unauthenticated information disclosure via REST URL enumeration
Published Dec 21, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
URL enumeration in NetApp ONTAP Mediator before 1.7 allows remote attackers to discover REST API URLs without authentication. NetApp has not disclosed the REST API component or request-handling error that reveals the URL set to unauthenticated requests. Network access to the Mediator REST service is required, and exploitation exposes sensitive information through endpoint discovery without reported data modification or service interruption.
